UCM's multi-stage ultrasonic immersion cleaning lines are fully automatic and individually configured to provide cleaning, passivating and drying of diverse medical components such as, e.g., implants or instruments.
Different drying systems are available to suit specific application needs. Our hot air, IR and vacuum drying modules deliver optimum results.
Final cleaning line treating implants prior to packing

- Contamination: particles, fingerprints
- Cleaning prior to packing
- 4 stages (1 cleaning tank, 1 rinse tank, 2 demineralized water tanks)

- Pre-assembly cleaning
- 9 stages (3 cleaning tanks, 3 rinse tanks, 3 demineralized water tanks)
- Throughput: approx. 8 batches / hr.
- Drying: hot air + vacuum
- Equipment: demineralized water system (0.1 µS), filter (20-1 µm), ultrasonic system (12 W/L; 40 Hz)
Final cleaning line processing dental implants prior to non-sterile packing

- Contamination: machining residues, particles
- Workpiece range: stainless steel, titanium
- Cleaning before non-sterile packing
- 12 stages (5 cleaning/passivation tanks, 3 rinse tanks, 2 demineralized water tanks, 2 drying tanks)
- Throughput: approx. 6-8 batches / hr.
- Drying: hot air
- Equipment: magnetic filtration, demineralized water system (0.1 µS), filter (0.2-1 µm), ultrasonic system (mixed frequency - 25/50 and 40 Hz)
